What if my device isn't listed?

We buy far more than what's shown on our site — smart home devices (Ring, Nest, and other connected gear), Google Pixel and other Android phones, Bluetooth speakers, headphones and earbuds, cameras, and most consumer electronics. If it's electronic, there's a good chance we'll make you an offer. Just text or call 407-955-9880 with whatever you have and we'll give you a free quote.

Do you buy broken phones? What about locked phones?

We buy cracked screens, broken back glass, phones that won't turn on, and water-damaged devices. We also buy carrier-locked phones (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) — that only affects the offer slightly. We do NOT buy iCloud-locked or Activation Locked devices. If you're selling an iPhone, Find My iPhone must be turned off and you must be signed out of your Apple ID before the transaction. If a device can't be fully removed from a previous owner's Apple account, we're unable to purchase it.

How fast do I get paid, and how?

Same day. Once we agree on a price and meet in person, you walk away with immediate payment — your choice of cash, Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Pay. We don't mail checks, we don't issue store credit, and we don't make you wait. The transaction is complete the moment we inspect the device.

Yes — mobile service is one of our core offerings. We cover the full Orlando metro (Orange, Seminole, Osceola, and west Orange County) and all of Lake County, including Tavares, Leesburg, Clermont, Mount Dora, Eustis, and Groveland. We always meet in public, well-lit locations — police station lobbies, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Publix parking lots, or wherever you're most comfortable. We never ask to meet at a private residence unless you specifically prefer it. Your safety is not a checkbox for us — it's how we run every transaction.

Do I need the original box, charger, or receipt?

The original box and receipt aren't needed and don't change the price. For most devices the charger isn't required either — but for MacBooks and Apple Watches the charger is part of our standard offer, so bring it if you can (without it we take a little off). Genuine electronic add-ons, like an Apple Pencil or Magic Keyboard, can also increase the offer since we can resell them.

How do you decide the price?

We look at the current secondhand market — what devices like yours are actually selling for on eBay, Swappa, and through local buyers right now. We factor in model, storage, condition, and any carrier locks. We'll explain exactly what's driving your number. No black-box algorithm, no lowball tactics. If you get a better offer somewhere else, we'll tell you to take it.

Do you buy multiple devices at once?

Absolutely. If you're clearing out an office, selling a family's worth of old phones, or just have a stack of devices collecting dust, we'll quote the whole lot. Bulk sellers often get better per-unit offers because we can move volume. Just list everything you have and we'll give you a bundle price.

What do I need to bring? Is ID required?

Bring the device and a valid government-issued photo ID. A photo ID is required for all transactions — this is standard practice for electronics resale and protects both parties. If you're selling multiple devices or a high-value item, having the ID ready keeps the transaction smooth and on record.

What if I disagree with the in-person offer?

You're never obligated to sell. If we inspect the device and the condition is significantly different from what was described, we may adjust the quote — we'll always explain why. But if you're not happy with the final number, you walk away with your device. No pressure, no hard feelings.

Do you buy Android phones other than Samsung?

We focus primarily on Apple and Samsung since those have the strongest resale demand. We evaluate other Android brands (Google Pixel, OnePlus, Motorola) case by case — text us the model and we'll let you know quickly if it's something we can buy and what we'd offer.

Do you only buy legally owned devices?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we buy only devices that are legally owned by the seller. All sellers must be the rightful owner of the device. We do not purchase lost or stolen items. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for every transaction.
