Welcome to Money See Money Due Electronics ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (moneyseemoneydue.com) and the services we provide, including buying used and pre-owned electronics. By using our website or selling a device to us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Our Services

Money See Money Due Electronics purchases used, pre-owned, and in some cases non-working electronic devices — including phones, tablets, laptops, and game consoles — for cash. We serve the Orlando and Lake County areas of Central Florida and may offer to meet you or come to you to complete a transaction.

2. Quotes and Offers

Any price we provide online, by phone, or by text is a preliminary estimate, not a binding offer. Our final offer is determined after we inspect the device in person and confirm its make, model, condition, functionality, and authenticity. The final offer may differ from the initial estimate. You are under no obligation to sell, and we are under no obligation to buy, until both parties agree at the time of inspection.

3. Seller Eligibility and Ownership

By selling a device to us, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You are the legal owner of the device, or are authorized by the legal owner to sell it;
• The device is not stolen, lost, or subject to any lien, loan, or claim by another party;
• You have the legal right to transfer ownership of the device to us.

We may require a valid government-issued photo ID to complete a transaction and may keep a record of the sale as permitted or required by law. We reserve the right to decline any transaction for any lawful reason.

4. Device Preparation and Your Data

You are responsible for removing your personal data from any device you sell to us. Before completing a sale, you should back up and erase your personal information and perform a factory reset. For Apple devices, you must sign out of iCloud and turn off Find My / Activation Lock; for Android devices, you must remove any Google account and screen locks.

We are not responsible for any personal data, accounts, files, media, or information left on a device after it is sold to us, and we are not liable for any loss of such data. Once a device is sold and paid for, ownership transfers to us and we may reset, repair, refurbish, recycle, or resell it.

5. Payment

We pay for accepted devices at the time of the completed transaction, typically in cash, unless another payment method is agreed upon. Payment amounts are as agreed between you and us at the time of inspection.

6. Final Sale

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all sales of devices to us are final once payment is made and the device is handed over. Ownership of the device transfers to us at that point.

7. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including our name, logo, text, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to Money See Money Due Electronics and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our permission.

9. Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Any quote or estimate provided is for informational purposes and is subject to Section 2.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Money See Money Due Electronics and its owners and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a transaction will not exceed the amount we paid you for the device in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Money See Money Due Electronics from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, including any claim that a device you sold to us was not legally yours to sell.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of our website or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
